Bounced Flash 



Capturing a slight shadow of the object

Behind a clear background, you can notice the shadow comes out very well and noticeable. 
Without the shadow. This was possible because I place a white piece of card under the flash and it reflected off the ceiling which made the flash not visible in the photo.
Here there is a sharp shadow of the cylinder object.
